Short version: we collect what we need to run scans for your domains and operate your account. We don't sell your data, run ad tracking, or install anything on your website.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and profile picture from Google sign-in
- Workspace membership: which workspace you belong to and your role, so teammates you add can see shared results
- Domains and prompts you submit: to run scans and store the results in your workspace
- Scan output: site audit findings, prompt results, and tasks for your domains, plus comments your team adds
- Operational logs: errors, request metadata, and billing events
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
What we use it for
Running scans, building your task list, enforcing the one-report-per-email and one-report-per-domain limits, managing workspaces and teammates, billing, and diagnosing problems with the service. Nothing else.
Cookies
The app uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. This marketing site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies.
Third parties
- Google, for sign-in
- Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, for checkout, billing, and tax
- AI model providers, which receive your domain and prompt text when we check prompt results
- Hosting and email providers, to run the service and send account emails such as teammate invites
Retention and deletion
We keep scan history while your account is active. Email support@visibilitycopilot.com and we'll delete your account and its data, except records we have to keep for tax or legal reasons.
