Using Visibility Copilot means agreeing to what follows. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
Visibility Copilot audits websites you own or are authorised to analyse, checks whether AI answer engines name those websites for prompts you choose, and suggests fixes. We provide information and suggestions. We don't make changes to your site.
Private beta
The service is under active development and access is by invitation. Features may change, and occasional downtime or data resets may happen during the beta. We'll tell you by email before any change that materially affects a paid plan.
The $2 first report
One full report per email address and one per registrable domain, for $2 plus applicable taxes. Accounts that work around either limit may be suspended. Ongoing weekly monitoring needs a paid subscription.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans bill monthly in USD, exclusive of taxes, and renew until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Billing screen. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Acceptable use
- Only submit domains you control or have explicit permission to analyse
- Don't use suggested outreach drafts for spam, harassment, or misrepresentation
- Don't resell raw scan output as a competing dataset or product
- Don't try to get around rate limits, plan limits, or the one-report-per-email rule
No guarantees
Findings and suggestions are advisory. We don't guarantee search rankings, AI citations, or traffic. AI answers can be incomplete or inconsistent, and results can change between runs for reasons outside our control.
